Established by Amy Evans and Libby Baker in 2013, MyOfficeGirl came about when two friends shared one big goal: to bring a fresh approach to a business often perceived as (gasp!) boring, in order to make a real difference for Kiwi SMEs.

Starting with just two clients in 2013, MyOfficeGirl has grown from a teeny-but-determined team of two – working from Libby’s sleepout – to a fabulous, talented and hard-working team of bookkeeping professionals managing the needs of 120+ clients nationwide.

Over the past decade Libby and Amy’s shared vision has shown that while a good bookkeeper is accurate and efficient… a great bookkeeper is the lifeblood of any successful  business.

Co-Founder/ Director

Libby specialises in on-boarding new clients, Xero training and conversions, and has a knack for finding ways to make clients’ business processes more efficient. She loves sharing her passion for success with clients and can frequently be heard ‘whoop whooping’ at great results and fully reconciled accounts at our HQ. In her spare time Libby enjoys running with her cocker spaniel, hanging out with hubby and three energetic teens, or quietly devouring a great book.

Co-Founder/ Director

With 20+ years’ experience in office administration and accounts, Amy has a keen eye for detail and is the Queen of dotting the Is and crossing the Ts. Super organised and customer focused, she is passionate about providing exceptional bookkeeping support to her clients allowing them to focus on their core business. When not immersed in numbers Amy loves spending time with her husband and two boys, or catching up with friends.

General Manager

Our General Manager Lisa ensures MyOfficeGirl HQ runs like a well-oiled machine, keeps track of all of our client meetings, and handles all of our day-to-day operations like a pro. And she makes it look EASY! When she’s not busy behind the scenes, she enjoys time with her husband, running around after her two kids, or chilling at home with the dog and watching a good TV series.

Bookkeeper

With 20+ years of experience in accounts, Rach brings a wealth of knowledge to MyOfficeGirl. Having worked in corporate finance and helping run her husband’s businesses, she understands the positive impact of great bookkeeping and loves being able to see the difference MyOfficeGirl makes in our clients’ businesses. Outside work, Rach enjoys exploring the outdoors with her family, boating, fishing, and relaxing with a good coffee or cider in the sun.

Bookkeeper

Carolyn brings a wealth of bookkeeping experience to the MyOfficeGirl team, with a natural brain for numbers and background as an accountant. She’s a born problem-solver, always looking for ways to streamline processes and help clients work more efficiently. Outside of work, Carolyn loves spending time with her daughter, catching up with friends, and attending events like Wine Fest.

Bookkeeper

As a self-proclaimed perfectionist with a keen eye for detail, Becs finds great satisfaction in working with a variety of companies and learning the ins and outs of their operations. Becs lives on a farm with her husband, Mark, and their two kids, and when she’s not working, she enjoys going to the theatre, attending live music events, watching movies, and staying active with tennis, netball, and Zumba.

Bookkeeper

Tam specialises in payroll, daily reconciliation, account payables and GST. As a busy Mum of two, she loves the flexibility that bookkeeping offers, allowing her to balance work and family. When she’s not hard at work balancing the books for our clients, Tam enjoys camping, playing board games and spending time with her husband and their children.
